All data generated by the app — including annotations, search history, library configurations, and reading preferences — is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synchronized securely across your personal devices via your private Apple iCloud (CloudKit) account. We have no access to your local or iCloud data.

Maktabah does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. We have no visibility into how you use the app.

Maktabah does not connect to any third-party tracking or advertising servers. Book downloads are fetched directly from GitHub Releases and stored locally on your device.
